R70-590-10. Withholding action or suspension

1) The department may take a withholding action or suspension because of: a) unsanitary conditions or practices; b) product adulteration or misbranding; c) conditions that preclude the department from determining that product is not adulterated or misbranded; or d) inhumane handling or slaughtering of domesticated game. 2) If a withholding action or suspension is taken, the department program employee will immediately notify the registrant in writing of the action and the basis for the action.
