R994-402-205. Good Prospects

(1) When a claimant has a definite assurance of full-time employment in the claimant's customary occupation to begin within four weeks, the claimant is considered to have good prospects. (2) The claimant must continue to seek work, but suitability will be determined under the definition of suitable work for regular unemployment insurance benefits claimants in Subsection 35A-4-405(3) without regard to the definition in Section R994-402-204.
