R994-402-206. Position Offered in Writing

(1) A position is considered "offered in writing" if it is listed with the Department and the claimant is referred or offered a referral by the Department even if the claimant is given the referral verbally. (2) If an employer makes a verbal offer of work and the job is not listed with the Department, Subsection 35A-4-405(3) may apply.
