R307-431-5. Comfort Heating Equipment

An owner or operator of comfort heating equipment such as boilers, water heaters, air heaters, and steam generators is not required to obtain an Approval Order under Section R307-401-8 if the emission unit meets the requirements of Subsections R307-431-5(1) and (2):
(1) Rated capacity of the emission unit is less than one million BTU per hour; and
(2) No other fuel than fuel oil numbers 1 -- 6 is used.
