R307-431-6. Emergency Heating Equipment

An owner or operator of emergency heating equipment is not required to obtain an Approval Order under Section R307-401-8 if the emission unit meets the requirements of Subsections R307-431-6(1) and (2): (1) Rated capacity of the emission unit is less than 50,000 BTU per hour; and (2) No other fuel than coal or wood is used.
