R30-4-4. Meetings

(1) The chair shall call meetings at least two times each year. (2) Additional meetings may be called at the request of the commissioner of the Department of Government Operations or as the chair deems necessary. (3) Meetings are subject to Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act. (4) Electronic meetings are permitted. Members participating via telephone or electronic means are considered present for purposes of a quorum and may vote.
