Services and fees -- Submission to rate committee.

The director shall, before charging a rate for services provided by the division's internal service fund to an executive branch agency: (1) submit the proposed rates and cost analysis to the rate committee established in Section 63A-1-114; and (2) obtain the approval of the Legislature as required under Section 63J-1-410.
