WAC 173-700-319. Considerations for determining credit conversion rates for uplands and other habitats

Unless an alternative credit determination method is used under WAC 173-700-321 , the department shall use the following considerations to determine specific conversion rates for uplands and other habitats on a bank site: (1) Degree of contribution to the ecological functioning of the bank; (2) The existing or proposed enhanced condition of the uplands and other habitats; and (3) Connectivity to other habitats and open space areas, based on existing connectivity and level of protection for those adjacent areas.
