WAC 173-700-320. Exceptions to credit conversion rates

(1) The department may allow a conversion rate for wetlands, uplands, and other habitat areas that are outside of the ranges specified in WAC 173-700-313 and 173-700-318 . (2) All exceptions for credit conversion rates authorized by the department must be: (a) Made on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances of a bank; and (b) Based on ecological considerations.
