WAC 110-425-0070. Date of birth verification

ECEAP contractors and providers must verify children's dates of birth for the purposes of enrollment using one of the following documents that includes their date of birth: (1) A document listed in RCW 43.216.528 ; (2) Certificate of Indian blood; (3) Tribal enrollment card; or (4) A document approved by the department.
