WAC 230-15-180. Playing for or assisting others prohibited

No person may: (1) Allow a representative to sit in on a card game on their behalf for any purpose; or (2) Act as a representative on anyone's behalf; or (3) Allow anyone to assist any player in the game in a manner which gives that player an advantage over other players.
