WAC 230-15-185. Preventing cheating in card games

(1) Card game licensees must take necessary steps to prevent cheating and ensure that games are played fairly. (2) If card game licensees find someone cheating, they must: (a) Contact the local law enforcement agency immediately in urgent situations; and (b) Report it to us within three business days.
