WAC 260-48-650. Licensed employees

All licensees will report any known irregularities or wrong doings by any person involving parimutuel wagering immediately to the board of stewards or the executive secretary if the incident occurs during a nonlive racing period, and will fully cooperate in subsequent investigations.
