WAC 296-150M-0810. What violations of chapter 43.22 RCW can result in the issuance of a notice of infraction?

(1) Under chapter 43.22 RCW, the department can issue a notice of infraction to a firm, partnership, or corporation for: (a) Failure to obtain a permit before altering a manufactured or mobile home as required by chapter 296-150M WAC; (b) Failure to correct violations noted as a result of an inspection requested as a result of having purchased a permit. (2) Each worksite at which a violation occurs constitutes a separate infraction. (3) Each day on which a violation occurs constitutes a separate infraction.
