WAC 296-150V-0010. Authority, purpose, and scope

(1) This chapter is authorized by RCW 43.22.340 through 43.22.434 covering the construction, alteration, and approval of conversion vendor units and medical units sold, leased, or used in Washington state. (2) This chapter applies to the approval of conversion vendor unit and medical unit manufacturers, dealers, and to any person who manufactures or alters the plumbing, mechanical, or electrical system of a conversion vendor unit or medical unit.
