WAC 296-150V-0030. How is this chapter enforced?

(1) To enforce this chapter, we or another governmental inspection agency will inspect each conversion vendor unit or medical unit manufactured, sold, leased, or used in Washington state as required by this chapter. (2) We will inspect all alterations. (3) We will conduct inspections during normal work hours or at other reasonable times.
