WAC 296-150V-0060. Who handles consumer complaints about conversion vendor units or medical units?

(1) Consumers may file complaints within one year of the date of manufacture. (2) The complaint should be in writing and describe the item(s) that may not comply with this chapter. (3) After we receive the complaint, we will send the manufacturer and the dealer a copy of the complaint. (4) The manufacturer and/or dealer have thirty days to respond. We will base our actions on the response.
