WAC 296-150V-0530. Am I charged if I request an inspection but I am not prepared?

(1) If you ask us to inspect a conversion vendor unit or medical unit within Washington state but you are not prepared when we arrive, you must pay the inspection fee and travel (see WAC 296-150V-3000 ). (2) If the inspection is outside of Washington state and you are not prepared, you must pay the inspection fee, travel, and per diem expenses (see WAC 296-150V-3000 ).
