You must allow your written health and safety plan (HASP) and all other written plans required by this chapter to be inspected and copied by: (1) Employees or their designated representative. (2) Site contractors or their designated representatives. (3) Subcontractors or their designated representatives. (4) Personnel of any federal, state, or local agency with regulatory authority over the site.
