WAC 296-874-30022. Prevent swaying of two-point and multipoint suspension scaffolds

You must tie or use other means to keep two-point and multipoint suspension scaffolds from swaying, if an evaluation by a competent person determines it is necessary. Note: Window cleaners' anchors cannot be used to secure scaffolds since they are not designed to withstand the load.
