WAC 296-874-30024. Use emergency escape and rescue devices appropriately

You must make sure devices whose sole function is to provide emergency escape and rescue are not used as working platforms. Note: Systems which are designed to function both as suspended scaffolds and emergency systems may be used as working platforms.
