WAC 388-112B-0060. What components must competency testing include?

Competency testing must include the following components: (1) Written evaluation to show the level of comprehension and knowledge of the training's learning objectives; and (2) A scoring guide for the tester with clearly stated criteria and minimum proficiency standards.
