WAC 388-115-0505. What is the client's role as managing employer of an individual provider?

The client, or the client's representative, is the managing employer and: (1) Has the primary responsibility to select, dismiss, assign hours, and supervise the work of one or more individual providers; and (2) May receive assistance from the consumer directed employer or other resources in identifying potential providers.
