(1) If a provider does not submit a final report, all payments received by the provider for the unreported period become a debt owed to DSHS. After receiving DSHS's written demand for repayment, the provider has thirty days to repay this debt. (2) Interest, at the rate of one percent per month on any unpaid balance, will begin to accrue thirty days after the provider receives DSHS's written demand for repayment.
