WAC 388-835-0850. Who is responsible for collecting from residents any amounts they may own for their care?

(1) DSHS will notify a provider of the amount each resident is required to pay for care provided under the contract and the date the payment is due. (2) The provider is responsible for: (a) Collecting from the resident; and (b) Accounting for, according to procedures established by DSHS, any authorized reduction in the resident's contribution.
