WAC 388-842-0195. What is a provider's responsibility to engage in dependency court proceedings?

(1) The provider is not required to: (a) Participate in dependency court proceedings; (b) Provide court reports and other documentation; or (c) Provide testimony. (2) The provider must ensure that a client is available for scheduled dependency court hearings and court-related appointments.
