WAC 388-97-3480. New construction timelines

(1) Construction documents must be resubmitted for review as a new project according to current requirements if construction: (a) Has not started within one year from the date of approval; or (b) Is not completed within two years from the date of approval. (2) To obtain an extension beyond two years, a written request must be submitted and approved thirty days prior to the end of the two-year period.
