WAC 110-145-3290. Secure CRCs colocated with juvenile detention centers

Licensees operating both a juvenile detention center and a separate secure CRC at the same location must have buildings that prevent: (1) Direct communication or physical contact between residents of the secure CRC and individuals held in the detention facility; and (2) Personnel assigned to the secure CRC from being simultaneously assigned to the juvenile detention center residents on the same shift.
