WAC 110-145-3300. ERC admission requirements

Facilities licensed as ERCs must obtain the following information before accepting children or youth into their care: (1) Permission from the children's or youth's parents or guardians authorizing placement and emergency medical care or surgery on behalf of the child or youth; (2) Basic family information, including address, phone numbers, and emergency contacts; and (3) Basic medical information, including current medication, known allergies, and at-risk behaviors of the child or youth.
