WAC 110-146-0180. Health and wellness accommodations during noninstructional hours

RPSs must provide: (1) Residential students with access to culturally appropriate items needed for grooming and personal hygiene; and (2) Opportunities for residential students' health and wellness during noninstructional hours that include: (a) Developmentally appropriate physical activity; and (b) Activities that integrate them into the school and community when appropriate.
