WAC 16-104-220. Weight classes

(1) The weight classes for Washington state consumer grades for shell eggs shall be as indicated in Table 1 of this section and shall apply to all consumer grades: TABLE - 1 WASHINGTON STATE WEIGHT CLASSES FOR CONSUMER GRADES FOR SHELL EGGS. (3) A lot average tolerance of 3.3 percent for individual eggs in the next lower weight class is permitted as long as no individual case within the lot exceeds 5 percent.
