WAC 16-309-080. Laboratory personnel performing low complexity testing

Personnel performing low complexity testing must be qualified on the basis of education, training, experience and demonstrated skills, and must meet the following minimum requirements: (1) Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; (2) Have training to perform the test; (3) Be evaluated for competencies to perform the test by someone who is already qualified to perform the test; (4) Be approved by the scientific director to perform the test.
