WAC 173-245-030. Submission of plans

Municipalities shall: (1) Obtain the approval of the department for CSO reduction plans by January 1, 1988. This deadline may be extended by the department when that authority is granted. (2) Submit plans to the department at least sixty days before the time approval is desired. (3) Incorporate CSO reduction plans into their respective general sewer plans and into plans for new or upgraded sewage treatment facilities.
