Frequency of inspections. (1) Highway bridges located on all public roads shall be inspected at intervals based on the inspection type as required by and in accordance with the NBIS. (2) Highway tunnels located on all public roads shall be inspected at intervals based on the inspection type as required by and in accordance with the NTIS.
