Changes in inventory data or postings shall be reported and entered in HSIS when the bridges or tunnels are inspected. The inventory of a new bridge or tunnel shall be obtained upon completion of its construction and the information shall be reported and entered in HSIS. Inventory changes shall be updated in HSIS within the timelines outlined in the SIM.
