§45-30-1. General. 1.1. Scope. -- This rule provides for the establishment of a comprehensive air quality permitting system consistent with the requirements of Title V of the Clean Air Act. All fees collected pursuant to this rule shall be expended solely to cover all reasonable direct and indirect costs required to administer the Title V operating permit program and accounted for in accordance with this rule. 1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §22-5-4. 1.3. Filing Date. -- May 1, 2012. 1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1, 2012. 1.5. Former Rules. -- This legislative rule amends 45CSR30 “Requirements for Operating Permits” which was filed April 21, 2003, and which became effective June 1, 2003.
