Ch. 5, § 10. Imposition of remedies when there is repeated substandard quality of care

(a) When a facility has been found to have provided substandard quality of care on the last three consecutive standard surveys, the Department shall take action pursuant to 42 C.F.R. § 488.414, as supplemented by the SOM, both of which are incorporated by this reference. (b) The Department shall follow the procedures specified in 42 C.F.R. § 488.414, as supple- mented by the SOM.
