Minimum care and treatment for incurable sexually transmitted dis- eases requires that a prisoner shall be afforded equal provision of services available to any other member of the confined population.
(a) The facility shall furnish or arrange for the provision of minimum medical care and/or medica- tion pursuant to current medical practice in response to the specific disease.
