1.That I, the Deponent, am well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case, and am therefore competent to swear this Affidavit.

Testatrix's name of her own free will and volition, without any force, pressure, threat or inducement from any quarter. Smt. Second witness's husband's name, R/o Second witness's address. 6.That Smt. Testatrix's name, by her last Will dated Date of will (day).Date of will (month).Date of will (year), bequeathed her share, i.e. Share of property bequeathed, in the immovable property bearing Property number bequeathed, Property locality bequeathed, in favour of the Petitioner, to the exclusion of the other legal heirs.
