I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. My name is Father's name, and I am the father of Child's name, who has been allotted admission vide Registration No. Registration number for the Session Academic session in Class Class or grade of admission at School name School under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE). This Act mandates private schools to reserve 25% of their seats for children from economically weaker sections and disadvantaged groups, with the State reimbursing the costs as part of the public-private partnership plan.

While I am deeply grateful for this opportunity for my child to receive quality education at your esteemed institution, I must bring to your kind attention our present financial hardship. My family and I are in a very challenging economic situation and struggle to meet even our daily needs. Despite our best efforts to secure a better future for our child, my income is insufficient to cover the cost of the school uniform and books as demanded by the school during the admission process.
