Stat. Ann. §2-208. I believe the popular name and ballot title submitted by you to be sufficient. That popular. name and ballot title reads as follows: POPULAR NAME THE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION FROM TAXES AMENDMENT BALLOT TITLE "An Amendment to Article 9 of the Constitution of the State of Arkansas, adding Section ll to provide that the homestead of each and every Arkansas resident shall be wholly exempt from all state and local taxes up to an assessed valuation of $100,000, and for other purposes."
