904. APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF THE CHIEF LIBRARIAN OR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

904 Appointment and removal of the Chief Librarian OR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 904.1 The Board of Library Trustees shall appoint by secret ballot a Chief Librarian or Executive Director for the District of Columbia Public Library at a regular meeting or at a special meeting called for the purpose. 904.2 The Board may, at any time, remove the Chief Librarian or Executive Director for cause.
