304 DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION RESPONSIBILITY OF FOOD EMPLOYEES TO COMPLY WITH EXCLUSIONS OR RESTRICTIONS 304.1 A food employee shall comply with: (a) An exclusion imposed pursuant to section 305, unless reinstated pursuant to section 307; or (b) A restriction imposed pursuant to section 306, unless reinstated pursuant to section 307.
