901 SERVICE OF PROCESS ─ DEPARTMENT ISSUED NOTICES OF SUMMARY SUSPENSION, NOTICES OF INFRACTION, AND OTHER DIRECTIVES 901.1 Notices of Summary Suspension, Notices of Infraction, and other directives issued by the Department shall be: (a) Served as specified in Subsection 900.1; or (b) Posted by the Department at a public entrance to the swimming pool, spa pool, or sauna.
