902 SERVICE OF PROCESS ─ NOTICE, EFFECTIVENESS
902.1 Service is effective at the time of the notice's receipt as specified in Subsection 901.1(a), or if service is made as specified in Subsection 901.1(b) at the time of the notice is posted.
