1110 ADMINISTRATIVE ─ SUMMARY SUSPENSION, WARNING OR HEARING NOT REQUIRED 1110.1 The Department may summarily suspend a license as specified in Section 1108 by providing written notice as specified in Section 1109 of the summary suspension to the licensee, without prior warning, notice of a hearing, or prior hearing. 1110.2 The licensee shall have the right to request a hearing within fifteen (15) business days after receiving the Department’s summary suspension notice. The Department shall hold a hearing within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of a timely request, and shall issue a decision within seventy-two (72) hours after the hearing.
