1111 ADMINISTRATIVE ─ SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TIME FRAME FOR REINSPECTION 1111.1 After receiving a written request from the licensee stating that the conditions cited in the summary suspension order no longer exist, the Department shall conduct a reinspection of the tanning facility for which the license was summarily suspended within three (3) business days of receiving the request.
