402 HEIGHT 402.1 In the MU-2/CAP, MU-4/CAP, and MU-4/CAP/CHC zones, the maximum permitted height of all buildings or structures, not including a penthouse or rooftop structure, shall be forty feet (40 ft.) and three (3) stories.
