Sec. 304. This Act does not affect— (1) the appointment of an Air Force nurse or medical specialist on the active list of the Regular Air Force on the effective date of this Act; or (2) the status or retired pay of any person retired under section 108 of the Army-Navy Nurses Act of 1947, as amended, or any other provision of law.
