BASE PROTECTION

SEC. 382. BASE PROTECTION The Secretary shall, with respect to a producer on a farm who is an activated reservist during a crop year, provide for the protection of the producer’s crop acreage base for any program crop on the farm to the extent necessary to provide fair and equitable treatment for the producer.
